The time has come for VFW Post 2604 to reach out to YOU. . .
Thank you for responding to our request for volunteers.
We are primarily asking for local Veterans to join VFW Post 2604 for Color Guards and / or Honor Guards ceremonies to honor a veteran’s passing and at local Community events.
Our routine annual Community events include –
Patriotic events: (Memorial Day, Forth of July, Veteran’s Day ceramonies); Orland Park – Orland Days, Veterans Classic Golf Outing; Palos Heights & Park – Car Show;
School Graduations & Patriotic Programs:
Retirement Home – Veteran’s Recognition Days:
Illinois Local Veterans Home Support – Bingo-Pizza Party,
and Local Special Occasions & Events.
